What products can I not return?

RS will not accept returns of certain items:

Software, Calibrated products, Products with a "P" at the end of the product code, Extended product range products, Pair of Euro products, Opened/broken packaging.

In addition, RS will not accept ESD sensitive devices where the integrity of the original RS ESD shielding packaging has been compromised, e.g. the bag has been opened and resealed or multiple bags have been stapled together.
