Ensuring precision across a wide spectrum of measurements, this gauge block set is indispensable for meticulous calibration and accurate readings. With a collection of 47 pieces, it offers versatility, allowing individual blocks or combinations to determine precise distances between surfaces.
Crafted from premium steel alloy, each gauge block undergoes rigorous heat treatment to achieve optimal hardness and durability. Further enhancing their accuracy, the surfaces are meticulously processed using an ultra-micro-lapping technique, resulting in an exceptionally flat and smooth finish conducive to snug block fitting, known as 'wringing'. The set is neatly housed in a custom-fitted wooden case.
Each set includes a UKAS 5-point calibration certificate, guaranteeing accuracy, while the steel's heat treatment is certified to HRC65/HV820 standards.
