PCS - Peelable Coating Mask

Flexible, solvent resistant latex for masking components, connectors and other items during a conformal coating process and particularly suitable for protection of ingress of conformal coating such as pin connectors & IC sockets. PCS can also be used as a solder mask.

Thermal cure
Completely hand-peelable, leaves no residue
Does not dissolve in solvents, does not contaminate conformal coating
Ammonia free
Suitable for use with dip, spray or brush applied conformal coatings
Drying Time (1mm thickness): 30 mins at 65°C or 20 mins at 80°C
As PCS dries it changes in colour from pink to red
Supplied in a 250ml container
