MIC3385 Inductorless Buck Regulator
A high efficiency inductorless step-down (buck) PWM switching regulator that features a low-dropout standby mode that draws only 18μA of quiescent current. The LDO mode extends battery life whilst avoiding the spurious noise and high ripple which is introduced with pulse skipping or burst-mode switching regulators.
