What is a Mailbox?

Mailboxes are small typically wall-mounted enclosures with a small slotted opening suitable for post such as letters and small envelope style parcels. They feature a lockable door for ease of access by either the recipient or the mailbox attendant. Some mailboxes feature a larger opening flap suitable for small parcels or objects.
