Through RS’s website, you can access all products and extensive product data. Items can then be added to the shopping cart while both systems maintain their connection.

No orders are sent to the supplier when the user logs out from the Punchout site. Instead, the shopping cart with selected items and details is transferred back into your e-procurement system as an internal purchase request.

Once the order has returned to your system, it may require approval before it’s converted into a purchase order and sent to the supplier.
