This alignment laser is a portable shaft-alignment instrument designed for precision adjustment of coupled rotating machinery in industrial settings. It employs a coaxial reflected-laser measurement principle and a guided user Interface to Streamline alignment tasks, reducing wear on couplings, bearings and Seals while improving machine availability and product consistency.
The system includes a thermal growth calculator that factors dynamic machine movement into the correction values during adjustment.
It supports Wi‑Fi for Cloud transfer and wireless communication for remote data exchange with PC software.
The sensor and reflector offer dust and water resistance with operational temperature ranges down to -20 °C and up to 60 °C for the reflector and -10 °C to 50 °C for the main unit.
LED indicators provide visible status for the laser beam and battery as well as for wireless communications.
The package includes sensor and reflector covers, mounting brackets with support posts, a carrying case, cabling and a USB drive for data handling.
