Alpha Wire Alpha Connect Series Sensor Box, M12, 5m cable, 5 way, 8 port

Alpha Wires range of thermoplastic distribution boxes are a cost-efficient and rational way of wiring sensors and actuators. They mount conveniently at the machine, install easily and allow for simplified wiring and space saving. Distribution boxes are available with or without LED indicators. To speed up maintenance and repairs, LEDs simplify diagnostics by finding errors and malfunctions in the system.

The compact distribution boxes also save you space in several other ways. They consolidate and simplify wiring from sensors-actuators to the controller. They also eliminate the need for additional enclosures. Some modules support two input and output channels per port so that an 8-port box can handle 16 signals.

Alpha Wires distribution boxes benefit from a thermoplastic housing making them an excellent choice for industrial use. Instead of numerous individual conductors, one master cable can be laid to the control unit.

Passive distribution boxes are used for food & beverage, packaging, assembly lines, production and handling machines, as well as machine tools, swivel tables, metal cutting, and industrial robotic applications.
