Looking for fine control over your engraving jobs? Turn to this Dremel drill accessory. It's a drive shaft with a flexible cord that easily bends as needed for precise detail work. As the lead is 1.07m long, the component adds plenty of reach to your Dremel 3000 or 4000 series multitool. Fitting the product to the tool is a doddle, thanks to its hassle-free screw assembly. As it reaches speeds up to 33,000rpm, this shaft is sure to power through demanding cutting processes.
To ensure the shaft keeps running smoothly, it's recommended to clean its core after around 10 operating hours. Once it's dry, you should add a fresh layer of high-temperature bearing grease to minimise friction for a long service life.
Introducing the Dremel 225, this flexible shaft offers great precision and flexibility to get into those hard to reach areas that you can't reach with bigger tools. A comfortable grip allows you to hold it for fine detailed work such as engraving, polishing and carving. The shaft is simply attached to the Dremel multi-tool in place of the nose cap adding 36 inches, bringing a new level of versatility. A 127 mm bend radius also provides more comfort and greater flexibility during use.
The Flexible 225 shaft can be used with Dremel model: 3000 (769-0338).
