Product Details
This RS PRO float switch allows for the automated control of a tank's liquid levels. It's suitable for use with an electromechanical relay controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller).
The switch is able to monitor both high and low levels of fluids and has a polyphenylene sulphide body that stands up well to hot temperatures. This material is resistant to both chemicals and corrosion to stop your switch from rusting easily. It also prevents abrasive liquids from negatively affecting the switch's function. For added convenience, this unit is supplied with a 1 m cable, so there's no need to buy an electrical cord.
A switch like this is a good choice for monitoring and controlling liquid transfer pumps at waterworks. For additional peace of mind, it comes with a three-year warranty.
