A highly reliable and watertight Type A USB connector designed for panel mounting and suitable for connection or charging a wide range of devices and equipment. ;Metal construction featuring Copper Alloy contacts with a Gold plating housed in a Nickel plated Copper Alloy shell for excellent conductivity, corrosion protection and wear resistance.;The IP68 USB C connector is complete with a red Silicone O-ring to ensure a tight waterproof grading, EMI shield plates to reduce interference and rear potted panel mount connectors ensuring a IP68 seal on the panel even when unmated.;Suitable for panel and cable mounting and rated to IP68 for protection from dust and water the USB socket is versatile, tough, hardwearing and suitable for use in harsh environments.
