Introducing the RS PRO Type K thermocouple extension cable that can be used to add extra length to a thermocouple cable. The wire is insulated with perfluoro alkoxy alkane (PFA) for optimum durability and shielded with a flexible stainless steel braided screen enclosed in a PFA sheath, so it's highly resistant to oils and acids, making it ideal for use in challenging environments. Designed to operate in demanding environments, this 2 m cable will tolerate temperatures from +260˚C and down to -75˚C without degrading, with a maximum continuous operating temperature of +220°C. It's fitted with polarised contacts to help you make the correct connection, ensuring installation is quick and easy, saving on valuable time.
