This vacuum generator is a Compact pneumatic multistage ejector designed for industrial automation and material-handling tasks. It creates vacuum from a compressed-air supply to pick, hold or evacuate workpieces and compatible gases, operating within typical factory pneumatic systems and control panels.
Control components accept DC voltages including 24V, 12 V, 6 V, 5V and 3V depending on the electrical entry and valve option.
Typical time to reach −80 kPa in a 1 L sealed tank is around 7.0 s at standard conditions.
Exhaust can be via silencer or ported options (Rc 1/2, G 1/2, 1/2-14 NPT) to suit cabinet or open installation with appropriate back-pressure limits.
The suction cover and silencer cover are removable without tools for filter and sound-absorbing material replacement, reducing servicing time.
Operating temperature range is 5 to 50 °C with no condensation
vibration and impact tolerances vary with fitted pressure switch.
