It has 32Kbytes to 256K bytes program flash with ECC and 8K to 24K RAM. This enables the design of high-performance, precision motor control systems that are more energy-efficient. This microprocessor is used to control BLDC, PMSM, ACIM, SR and stepper motors quieter in operation and also provides extended motor life.
